Proteverse LLC (“Proteverse”) takes privacy seriously, and we respect the information of those that use our Skye app (“App”). Please read this Skye App Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) in its entirety to learn what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we share it. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not access or delete the App if you already downloaded onto your phone.
Please be aware that Proteverse is based in and operates from the United States. When accessing our App, you consent to and authorize us to transfer your information from the country in which you are located to the United States. The United States may not have laws consistent with privacy and data protection laws in other countries.
Information Collection & Use
The App is not designed to solicit or collect any personally identifiable information (“PII”) from any user, regardless of thier age, gender or geographical location.
As is true of most Apps that provide in-app purchases in the Apple App Store, we do gather certain information automatically about the users that are not personally identifiable information ("NPII"). This information includes identifiers that uniquely represents the user and thier device(s) for the sole purpose of in-app purchase(s) ("IAP"). NPII also includes information regarding device(s) operating system, device(s) make, device(s) model and device(s) screen resolution. In the App, NPII is used for allowing access to premium features in the App and to track App Store purchase history. In addition, this information enables us to conduct analytics in order to improve the overall design, use, and performance of our App.
We collect location information from the users of the App, from only within the App, to provide the users with Apple Map directions and Weather information, which the App is designed for. This information is never stored or shared with third parties. The collected location data is not linked to any other information, PII or NPII, and is not personally identifiable by any manner.
Information Sharing
We reserve the right to disclose the NPII as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our App. We may also share your NPII as appropriate to carry out other legitimate business functions as permitted by law.
We also reserve the right in the event Proteverse goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, to share your NPII, as appropriate, among the assets transferred.
We may use other third party service providers to enhance your online experience and may share information about you as necessary for these third parties to provide the services. For example, one of the third party service providers that we use is Google Admob, which is a service provided by Google. This App contains links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Proteverse. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our App and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects PII or NPII. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by this App that is wholly under Proteverse's control.
Security
Even if the NPII collected by the App is not personally identifiable, the security of your NPII is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the NPII submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your NPII, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We have implemented physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect against unauthorized access to your NPII.
We retain your NPII as long as necessary to conduct our business and as permitted by law. Once we no longer need your NPII, we will ensure that it is disposed of securely using reasonable measures to ensure that the NPII is deleted or any information that we retain no longer personally identifies you.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this page and other places we deem appropriate.
